Your day in Belek

The course behind your race
The earlier Belek descriptions combine a Mediterranean start, relatively flat riding and a run back towards The Land of Legends. They disagree on whether the bike is one loop or two. Make the power plan independent of that answer and confirm the actual circuit before rehearsing it.

Belek cycling route, first stage pending
The beach crossing breaks your rhythm. Restart the second loop at the same controlled effort rather than sprinting back in.
Don't sprint the restart. Find rhythm again quickly.
Belek cycling road return, lap count disputed
With almost no elevation beyond bridge crossings, it's easy to override on this flat course. Hold your number regardless of how easy it feels.
Cap opening effort. Fuel early.
Belek bike near transition, exact turns pending
Repeat the first loop's effort and finish planned nutrition before the three-loop run.
Stay patient. Finish planned nutrition.
Belek run, opening stage pending
Let the first loop past the Venetian Channel feel easy, not fast.
Easy first aid station. Check posture.
Belek run, middle stage pending
Repeat the first loop's effort rather than letting it drift.
Stay tall. Keep fuelling.
The Land of Legends, prior finishing area
Only progress on the final loop once the first two have held together.
Choose the last move late.
Check the 2026 sea entry, complete 90 km Belek bike file, run layout, transitions and finish at The Land of Legends. Older accounts disagree on bike lap count. The final course, not an old circuit sketch, should decide your lap-by-lap split plan.
